This is who we are:

• The Drawing Board is a collective of theatre and film artists who help develop new works for the stage and screen by offering table reads, workshops, and staged readings.

• We began in 2010 with twenty actors and directors who gathered monthly to explore exciting material, and have grown into a community of over 150 members - producers, directors, playwrights, screenwriters, designers, actors, and literary enthusiasts.  

• The Drawing Board gives writers essential input from a full spectrum of artists at no cost!  This safe laboratory space allows writers to bring in work at various stages of development and to move forward in the creative process.
